We rode this trail in the opposite direction, right after Route 20 in Biogradska Gora National Park. Spectacular scenery. Varied terrain with frequent 360-degree views! On the climbs, we sometimes needed low gears and the diff lock, but it was totally doable! It was never nerve-wracking :) Awesome!

Fantastic route, with varied and spectacular scenery! The road surface at the start of the route is good. The hairpin turns are easy to navigate with a bit of care. Camping Janketic comes highly recommended! Neat and clean restroom facilities with hot showers in the evening and in the morning. Be sure to stop here, even if it’s just for a food and drink break or a nice hike! But staying overnight is also highly recommended! After the campground, the road surface gets worse, with deep, worn-out ruts. You really have to find your way sometimes. Definitely not doable without a 4x4!
